With the building’s original freight elevator, high ceilings and a view to Mezz, the Cottage Grove Lounge is the perfect backdrop for memorable events such as graduation parties, baby showers, fundraisers, or private events. Access to a small side porch, and loft area with 360 degree views of the area, extends the space even further, fitting up to 75 people for informal seated events, 32 people if seated. The handicap accessible space also features several amenities such as connected bathrooms, an AV system, and the option to add mobile bar area.

Just above the Cottage Grove Lounge, The Mezz offers stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding neighborhood and is the ideal space for small gatherings of up to 30 people. It has an AV/sound system, the option to add The Rooftop Garden space, all of which are handicap accessible.
